    Explanation of the trade: No trade occurred just continual bad customer service and false advertisement. In the screenshots below you will see that despite it clearly being advertised they refuse to honour the service.

    Probemas - False Advertisement
    They recently switched to a new loyalty program (which I can verify by the edit dates of their titles) and discontinued the coupon code. This was an oversight and they have removed their code from their threads.
