Now, completely my fault and really because i quite frankly dont give a shit about 40m, i put it on the account for him to start and crack on with no problems, clearly in my post i said id pay half up front and half after but he wouldnt start without. i just want these quests done ive tried so hard over the last few weeks getting these done on my account but nobody can just do the job.

Obviously i should of used a MM, and the proof i have is not the best but hopefully common sense will prevail here, like ive said previously, i have been a member since 2008 and havent scammed or lied else id of been banned already and i have no reason to do so, im honest i generally always go first in my trades as im willing to take a chance on most people.

He was meant to start straight away, then had "internet problems" then the gold left my account, i went to bed....12 hours later he still hasnt started and the golds gone?? When i requested a fast no bs service and went with him because hed start straight away...im sure we can put 2 + 2 together here

I didn't login on the account as i mentioned on the direct message because I didn't want to do the quests then get rest of payments(didn't want to do all these for half of price) and i mentioned that to him and i asked him to use a middle man to make everything safe but somehow he threw account details and said the payment is on the account (2 hours later after the first message) when he said he will find some1 else i did take another services to do (thieving training on iron man & firemaking on HCIM) so i couldn't start. at the time i had some power/internet issues so i excused to complete both services i mentioned above and both of them was fine.

Opened sythe to excuse to rogath too then somehow he said i did take the gold.
by the end. In another view of the report there is no proof of anything, no proof of money on the account, no proof I did take any money out of the account, there is no proof I logged on the account.

 

Although proof is lacking here, @Zhonya is currently ban evading. Thank you for bringing his name forward @Rogath.
