Buying accounts?

Are accounts you buy from users wealth ever protected? is there a policy here where if the seller does not return the account before the bank pin is removed they are responsible for the bank value?

 

if you can prove there was wealth still on the account when you lose access yes the seller would be responsible. in reality though, proving this is VERY hard, and would most likely require some sort of live recording of losing access to the account

 

What is to stop peoples from selling accounts and just stealing all the stuff and returning them?

 

Nothing. If you really, really want a safe account then make one yourself and let someone lvl it up for you.
