[Impostor scammed]

Just finished a trade with user HellPuppy, I went first because he insisted on it. The user said their vouches proved the trust needed. Unfortunately I believed this and trusted him with my account that I was selling on sythe . Before trading the account over I confirmed that everything in my account ad was indeed on the account. Specifically the Ranger boots and infinity on my ironman account that was as adverstied. ** Beast Ironman - 56m BANK - RANGER BOOTS - FIRE CAPE- BARROWS GLOVES - VOID - INFINITY - CRYSTAL**

The "user" went onto my account to took the high valued item off the account and them proceeded to pm me via discord saying that those items were not on the accoutn as my ad listed. at this point it was clear the trade had gone south.

How they scammed: faked buying account to clear bank.

I've been a user on sythe since 2010, nothing but positive trades on my account. this unfortunately is a first.

Unfortunately it seems you didn't request a PM before the trade, but only after your items went missing. Just by looking at your conversations I can tell you were talking to hellpuppy#0505 instead of Hellpuppy#0505 - Discord names are case sensitive.

Sorry for your loss, it seems you were impostor scammed. Please go through the following to better protect yourself:

1.) ALWAYS request a sythe PM before every trade to make sure you're talking to the correct person. A correct PM should look like this: https://i.imgur.com/hhosthY.png
2.) Discord Impostors almost always have nitro, which allows them to change their Discord Discrims (#) to copy legitimate users.
3.) Discord names and # can be copied but Discord UIDs can't be! Please always double check this. Go into Discord settings > turn developer mode ON, right click and copy ID. Explained here: Discord PM Template
