I need help

my dad put this netgear firewall and i can barley do anything on the internet.
For an axample i can go on runescape any more and i think its word based because if i type somtin in the sign shows up(this site is blocked by netgearfirewall). this is basiclly all i kno so plz help me

Use a proxy. A good proxy to use is www.randoxy.com. It goes behind the firewall and uses sight. All tho you wont be able to see some pictures. It'll look a little weird , hope that help's!!
