Explanation of the trade:
There is a report of the incident in the staff lounge so you can read over that (I don’t have a link since I was never actually shown the report. I was found guilty of scamming GP Casino however I believe GPcasino was compensated for well over what they were actually owed and I had no issues with them getting the money I took back but I do believe that they made off with far more that what was actually owed and I have linked a Google Spreadsheet proving that and a couple videos of all of the interactions between myself and the hosts. I have contacted Bert and showed him this evidence and he redirected me to Leptin (Another Owner of the Discord) and I have not heared from him so I will post this because I don’t believe I will make much progress with talking to them or they will start threatening me IRL again I will post all of the evidence I have.

How they scammed:
As I stated above they were paid out way more than what they were owed in total and I have no qualms about them getting their money back but I do have a issue with them taking for more than what was owed and I’d like that money returned. GP Casino was given a 4.15B refund which 3.049B already recovered by them because of all the Cashin’s that happened before and after the incident happened.

Additional Information:
If I am missing something please let me know but I believe that I have sufficient evidence to prove they received more than what they were owed.
I also say this because cashins can be seen as amount recovered and I am not sure what was said within the report against me and please let me know if you need any further details that I could possibly provide. I also included the Discord Message link to each bet within my excel document so you can navigate quickly to each bet. I might be missing a few bets but I used the discord search bar to find each and everyone of these bets so if there is anything else it could have been deleted.

 

The amount was well over 4.15b, when getting the refund we actually didn't add a few things that we later realized. I already showed all the evidence to BBB Admin of the excel spreadsheet made of all your bets (wins/losses calculated) - all the bets made are still open to the public to view in our discord channels.

On top of all this, keep in mind the amount I payed you to make me the bot that you used to scam my hosts, that I started refunding out of my own pocket well before I heard that I was getting a refund from BBB. (This amount was not even accounted for)

- If needed I will post the excel spreadsheet and a lot of other proof, but this has already been looked over multiple times by multiple people

Well, I never quite saw all the evidence but it is apparent that there was but no matter how many times I check my math it is never comes out to that.

IF, and only IF I am wrong I accept that but I do believe you were overpaid and I'd rather a Sythe staff member take a look at all the evidence I provided and make a non-bias judgement and as I said if I am wrong then that's that end of story but I do believe I am correct.

You may add things if need be as I stated as well and not sure what refunding out of pocket has to do with it because if you were to scam someone for lets say 500M but this someone was already refunded by someone else you wouldn't owe 1B you would still only owe 500M except that 500M would not go to the person who got scammed that money would go to the person who already refunded it.

 

Let's also not forget you still owe a $1000 refund for the script.

 

Sure, add that on if you want but there would still be a amount owed.

If it rules in your favor then so be it but I do still strongly believe that I am correct on this because cashins can be seen as amount recovered for example if someone scams let's say 100M and they cashout 300M from winning and then they come back the next day and cashin 200M and they lose it all you are only owed 100M you cannot claim the full 300M because you already recovered 200M.

Regardless, I would still like a Sythe staff member to review this which I don't think you should have a problem with correct @Bert ?

Now with the bot refund I don't really think the payment for the bot should be refunded because the bot does work exactly as intended and everything within the bot is legit and coded properly and you can use the bot but you can host it somewhere else and not allow me or anyone else to have super user access.

You broke your own contract so you do owe us a refund for the bot.

 

You have no grounds to make a claim you stupid scamming shit and furthermore you owe all of these nice people refunds for the scripts you sold them
