Hi, Grieta was working on my account levelling mage. He has done work for me previously with success but this time I was banned today for Macroing Major when he specifically (and what I was going to be paying him for) told me he was hand levelling it. Granted I did not pay him anything yet as he was going first, but I lost my account.... sad face..

I just want to say I have nothing against Grieta, he really seems legitimate and has worked well for me in the past. Just a sad turn of events

 

Unfortunately, it's impossible for us to know who was behind the botting as it could have been the service provider or yourself (screenshots don't prove your innocence). Since we can't pin point who it is exactly, this has been closed.

I'm not sure when you requested this service but he was DNT'd for a few days. In future, always request a sythe PM before any trade so you know the status of the individual. As already advised above, the best course of action is to appeal the ban. Hopefully you're successful with this
