writing under names? any help?

do you know how people have stuff like 'cracker head' and 'vb programmer' under their names? i really want one any help?

 

Well, allow me to explain.

There's a magical thing called a "sticky". A sticky keeps important threads at the top of the forum so idio... I mean "uninformed people" don't make a thread about something that has already been answered 50 times.

Now, if you look at the list of threads in the very forum you posted this thread in, you will see one that says "Sticky: Sythe Ranks and Titles".

Click on it, and it will list what the ranks mean and why/how people get them.

Ooo, amazing. Don't ask me how I do it, I'll never tell my secrets. I'll give you a hint though. It starts with an "R" and ends in a "ead the damn stickies before posting".

Not meaning to flame by any means, it's just irritating when people post "hello" threads, or ones like this, and move good/relevant threads onto the second page.

 

there ranks a administrator of sythe can put them in

look at "ranks and titles" thread that is stickyed

 

You need to be elligble to them, you cant just get them, Like Nugget said.

You must earn them.
