Which violation you are reporting the user for:
As Discord is treated as Spam Forum, these are in affect, but let this be clear:

• Actively attempting to dox a member/staff member
• Threatening to dox a member/**staff** member
• Posting links that may be a member/staff member and/or friends/relatives and asking for confirmation
• Any behavior that is harassing members outside of reasonable spam-forum behavior
  • Such as doxing

Recently I met "CreamLords" on Discord and he was re-posting and making jokes about "Beast" in the Discord. He posted an IRL and was banned for it, he didn't know it was against the rules and was just following the crowd. I expect something similar will happen if DesireX is allowed to get away with "jokingly" making dox threats to a staff member. DesireX making jokes about doxing may result in new members making the same sort of jokes and they'll be banned for it because they aren't known and don't know that Doxing has a zero tolerance rule.
