on mrpickels ip audit theres a user called Dexter123 and dexters/pickels old discord name both have the #9049 tag http://prntscr.com/n3suhq and http://prntscr.com/n3sup3 plus pickels old one was dexpickel so dexter/dexpickle both sort of have similar names to

also similar join dates/interest

more likely a more known ban evader if he was evading his first twc'd acc
