1 Week ban / DNT dispute

I asked a friend of me to help me sell an account, which in turn I would give him a 50$ payout for if it sold via him.
Account in question was my 75 ATT infernal cape pure, since it didn't sell for a few weeks.
He made a thread on here and posted it on another site (which I am not accountable for, but I definately should of told him to not post a sythe thread since mine was already on here, just talked to him in a hurry for help if he knew anyone or could help me sell it).

A mod (Gladiator) then also contacted me on discord, asking for proof of my account (Which I sent him).

Keep in mind, I checked my "DNT" status after responding to discord, I didn't notice it before.

This is after I knew I had a DNT.
We bargained about prices before, but I requested to wait untill my DNT is gone.

I was really stunned by this escalating to a 1week ban, also claiming I wanted to trade while being DNT'ed (when in reality I wasn't, I didn't even know I had a DNT when Gladiator added me on discord since I didn't check my status on sythe yet, nor would ANYONE trade the moderator himself who issued a DNT on you, which I saw right AFTER?)

More proof that I didn't trade and still respected the rules of sythe 2 days AFTER above facts (even though the moderator falsely accused me of DNT, whether that's within his knowledge of above facts or not) :

@rsbotags - I've spoken to the staff member that issued the DNT and have lifted it.

I have replaced the DNT with a TWC for the faking bidding and multiple threads.

You can apply for its removal here in 30 days.
