Formerly, accounts couldn't be sold with gp on it - gp belonged in one forum, and accounts in the other. That's not the case anymore, and the inevitable spillover between forums (does a rune pure with 100m on it go in accounts, or gp?) is something that will need to be addressed. I suppose it will boil down to whichever is of greater value, the account or the gp. But, I'm not entirely sure.

Anyway. Dealt with, I guess.
