[WTB] Old steam account with PoP

Hey guys, as the title says, I'm looking for an account older than 9 years, eligible for the csgo 5 year coin, and with all the PoPs (this means also of the HL1 pack in case; the PoPs can be either as a key or as a retail copy, we will talk about that anyway), and possibly with the OE. I don't care too much about the digit, but older is better anyway.
