Explanation of the situation : So, i was supposed to buy small amount of quests from runesgoldve for 27.6m, then send him bigger list of quests later and buy that, which was going to be 90m in total, well i paid him the 27.6m and he completed the order as he was supposed to, so we made an agreement that i would pay 45m upfront of the second quest list and 45m when he was going to be around half way of it. Well before he even got to the half way he got my nearly maxed gmauler banned for Real world trading (gold farming) and i was asking about the ban and he was ignoring me for a good while, when he finally respond he said he talked to someone who told him ban wasnt his fault, when it clearly was as he had been gold farming or such on my account, as the account was only 3 weeks old and i afked sand crabs on it, never botted, real world traded or broke any rules. So he refused to refund me the 72.6m ive had paid him so far, and he told me he could redo the order for half price, well after long talk he still refused to refund me the money, and he finally agreed to complete me b gloves from scratch for that 72.6m as i lost my account with the same deal (60 att 42def 31pray) after the b gloves, and daily screenshots of progress, well when he started working on the order again he took like 3 days to start it, he barely did any work on my account, he didnt send me any progress pictures even tho i kept asking, he just fully ignored me, so i kept pushing him and asking and he finally got some progress done, then at around 60qp, i hiscored my account and see that he had failed the order and got 32prayer, when the deal was 31prayer max, after the 175qp so i went asking him about it and he just kept ignoring me and didnt care at all, so i just changed the password since he should of started the progress all over again as he fully failed my order, but he refuses to and he still hasnt refund me my gold so here i am reporting him now...

Amount scammed : 72.6m + my 90strenght gmauler gone
How they scammed : got banned for trading gold on my account or something.

So as you can see from these screenshots, he doesent reply to me at all, his quote was 4-6 days on complete, with my stats which were 60 att, 42 def, 31pray and he was 32pray and 34qp at day 5...
i think he must refund me atleast the 27.6m + 45m ive paid him so far, and possibly my 20m bank which was on the account at the time of ban, and maybe something for the account? as hes not clearly doing the service, and i dont really wanna do any business with this guy anymore...

You're right, the account was banned by RWT. I have capture of all the search that was made in the account.

I am not responsible if the account is prohibited, since my service is 100% at hand, he is aware of the risk he has to request my service. At the time of the prohibition, he changed the pass of the acc (so I can not be sure what happened).

I can make a refund without problems, the 07 is not that important to me, but I did not like the attitude of calling me a scammer. So I invited him to make a report. I prefer that a mod decides what I should do, i want no to deal with him again.

I changed the password of the account after you got it banned, and ignored my messages for give or take 10+ hours, i changed it just to be safe u dont do something even more fishy on settings of the account, but now it doesent really even matter since it cannot be appealed.

 

Like I said, I'll wait for a mod.

@Gladiator can u help me out here, hes hasnt refund a bit so far and keeps doing services which risks other people getting banned too as he does quests with dirty ip.

Discussed this with other staff, as the bans weren't for macroing @runesgoldve is not responsible for the 27.6m which was completed or the account ban, however @runesgoldve you are to return the remaining 45m for the service which wasn't completed.

@runesgoldve please refund the 45m to @Sellingaccs1.

Yeah, i can agree. I am getting fucked here as i know the ban happend because of RUNGOLDVE but cant proof it. So i basicly lost 47.6m + almost maxed g mauler on this deal.

It took a while, since we were both not turned on, and we talked to make the change 14 hours after his response.
