AccountWareHouse Finally Screwed the Pooch.

EDIT: I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THE ACCOUNT SALE WAS FINALIZED 8 DAYS AGO! IF IT HAD BEEN 24 HOURS THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A DIFFERENT STORY.

I am not going to get into explicit detail or provide proof until I have gotten a response from James or Tyler. If a mod needs, I can provide them with the video and all the screenshots of what they have done. To make a long story short, Tyler and James have scammed me for 160$ because they think I wrote a bad review about them on TrustPilot. (No, I am not kidding). This is absolutely not justification to commit fraud against someone for 160$ over a week after a successful transaction. They made an email that looks similar to mine and purposely changed it to make it appear that I recovered it. They have access to all of my personal information, the recovery info, and the account. I am in the process of attempting to recover it so I can give it back to them and resolve this issue. If they decide to not do the right thing and commit fraud, I will be releasing all of the proof on Sythe and their affiliate sites. Paypal already has all the proof and I am meeting with a family member who is an employee there tomorrow to explain the evidence in better detail. For now, I will provide our most recent interaction: Me coming home from work today and finding out they have absolutely screwed me out of 160$ because they received a bad review. If they were professional businessmen, they would not have people giving them repeadetely bad reviews. Committing fraud as a response to this is not just juvenile, it is illegal and shady. AccountWareHouse is based out of Texas, and we have this beautiful thing in the United States - called the first amendment.

I would also like to add, they got an account worth well over 500$+ USD from me for 160$, now I am out 160$, and they will likely keep possession of my account. they are well aware If I succeed in recovering my account (after they claimed I recovered it when they had actually just made a new email and changed the account email) that I will gladly give them the account back once they dissolve the PayPal dispute.

^First of all, where is this said "review", and what makes you think I am the one who wrote it? Second, that sentence obviously is a joke from whoever wrote it.


You cannot commit fraud on the grounds of baseless accusations. You have your chance to make this right, otherwise all the proof is going to be released in 24 hours. Once again, if mods need confirmation, I will provide one, and only one with the proof over Discord.

When AccountWareHouse is put in a situation like this, they profit off of an account they got for free. After 8 days, the account is sold - suddenly, the account is "recovered". Now the buyer is out of the 400$ he bought the account for, and AccountWareHouse takes no responsibility or provides a refund. Then, the original seller of the account has their money they were paid for the account refunded back to AccountWareHouse because of baseless legal threats. TLDR: An account they buy for 100$, they profit 500$ completely free.

Cannot recover the account. My request has been denied. they have stolen my account along with the money I was paid for it.

With that said, we don't purchase accounts from users who are banned on Sythe but one of our newer employees missed this. This was not noticed until after the fact that the account was recovered and we began our investigation. Proof of recovery will be sent to a mod/admin. Normally, we give the original owner 24 hours to return the account as mistakes happen, but this was a special case as OP made it very clear from his Trustpilot review that it was his intent to scam in the first place. His review stated the following:

"They are rude when you ask questions, which the customer service representative will have their boss "Tyler" answer (you're a huge c#nt, let your employee Gianna answer the questions, she is a sweetheart). Then, they claim payment within 24 hours, which is never the case (I was paid 3 days later). On another note, they claim in their "verbal contract" that if you recover your account (RuneScape account) they will have it BANNED. This contract, by the way, is not binding in any way whatsoever, as they are dealing with the intellectual property of an overseas company they have absolutely no ties to whatsoever. They have no way of getting an account banned that they do not actually own, and the company would probably sue them if they knew they were claiming this. Buyers beware - when the sellers recover their account, which they inevitably will months after being paid, YOU will be the one being screwed, not Account warehouse. If you try to get a refund, they will threaten you with legal action, while at the same time filing a claim with PayPal to the original seller , essentially getting them paid for an account they obtained for FREE, which in reality they never really actually owned. If this all sounds good and great, then yes, you should do business with them. I got a nice fat bag of dope after I sold my account at the expense of some sad sap getting boned three months down the line."

This review has since been edited to remove his intent to scam, but we already documented the original review and will gladly provide it to a mod/admin.

Due to this review and the fact that the account has been recovered within a week, we have zero desire to resell this account as OP is clearly a scammer. The funds are being reversed and OP already has his account back since he recovered it.

 

That's not my account. That is also not my review, and I have no idea what makes you think it is. I did not recover the account - I have attempted to recover it back to provide it to you, and my request was denied. You guys have the money you were supposed to pay me for the account, AND you have my account. I will be providing all the proof of your fraud if the account is not returned by tonight. Thanks!

 

There is something very fishy going on and I'm almost positive you guys have RATTED me - if this is the case, I will be getting the authorities involved.

Oh also - where is the proof that is my review? The fact that you think your service was so bad that I would provide a review like that is facetious. You have tons of bad reviews, getting a bad review from someone does not justify committing fraud against an honest customer. Cut out the shit with your smoke and mirrors and accept you did wrong.
Also, AccountWareHouse's claim that the "proof the customer was going to scam has been removed from the review" is actually shown in my pictures in the original post. That is what was removed from said review that they are so adamantly claiming I posted. Oh, that is proof that someone was going to scam you? Also, ridiculous to claim that you committed fraud for 160$ by trying to say that I have a banned Sythe account - I do not, and even if I did, that does not justify fraud. Keep it up.

 

1. You did not know Takeah1ke was my sythe account until you had already stolen the money from me.
2. I forgot where it says in your TOS that a seller's Sythe account is bearing on the integrity of their sale... oh wait... you say EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE



You wrote those terms - are you going to follow them? Or move on with stealing my 160$ and letting your company be delegitimized more than it already is. Return my money or my account. The 24 hours is almost up.

 

Looking at another scam report which resulted in accountwarehouse getting a DNT, they claim that you can just "change the email to look like the original" in order to make it seem like the owner recovered it - they did EXACTLY THIS right off the bat.


Like Tyler and James said... they won't shed a tear over .02% of their traffic (Yeah ok, .02% from the most popular black market site on the web, I smell arrogance)

 

Omg. I finally have recovered my account. They have dropped all of my Skilling sets, all my untradeables including fire cape, dragon defender, elite void, and even quest items like monkey greegree. They dropped my infernal harpoon. They also deleted every room in my PoH which cost me over 200m+ to make. Not only have they robbed me of 160$, they have now made my account worthless. These damages exceed 300$ easily. This is the most vindictive and pathetic thing that has ever been done to me. I am in complete disbelief they would go to these measures to screw me.

 

They made sure my account is worth nothing all while commiting fraud against me for 160$. This is unbelievable. Kudos to them, because now they owe me much more than 160$. It is amazing how the have been logged onto Sythe this entire time staring at this thread but saying nothing because they know they fucked up. It is apparently impossible for them to admit they screwed me over because they are insecure and angry. They would rather lose more than half of their traffic than pay me back the money they stole. Instead, they dump all my items on my account and take the money back. What a pathetic way to run a business. Everytime someone gives you a bad review, you have a complete hissy fit like a little princess , then end up screwing the buyer/seller completely because you can't handle criticism against your trash company. Pathetic.

 

At this point, it seems clear that they are going to accept their ban from Sythe. What a pathetic way to run a business. I also accessed the email that I had to make and give to them - on Feb 17, they changed the email of the account, it had not been recovered, they changed the email. If only they were smart enough to change the email password before scamming someone.

 

I do not know what to do. I sold this account for a reason, and I do not play non-ironman anymore. I do not have the time to play just to get back hundreds of hours of untradeables. I am extremely upset. If anyone can give me a price quote on the value of all the untradeables AccountWareHouse dropped, please drop me a PM so I can get a solid dollar amount for what they owe me.

 

@Accountwarehouse - Can you please provide me with the evidence that the account was recovered, evidence he left the review, and how you believe his old account is @gandhi2

I also have proof I did not recover it previously (now it is recovered after they have already ruined the account). They should also have to show you the email they changed it to from the sale email - the email they changed it to after the sale email was provided will show that the account was not recovered, but the email was simply changed to one of their accountwarehouse gmail's. I can provide you in pm with all of my proof if they decide to try and lie instead of doing the right thing.

 

Would also like to add - how does some review or some random Sythe account justify fraud? Their own terms of service state they have no affiliate sites. This is a pathetic attempt to try and save their asses. They conduct their business in a shady, rude, and unprofessional manner and wonder why people leave bad reviews? They had a chance to back out of the sale from the start, they chose not to do so. THEY intended to scam ME from the beginning, and succeeded in doing just that. The account is worth jack shit now that they dropped everything and removed my PoH.

 

What is very telling is how instead of contacting me and informing me the account had allegedly been "recovered", they instead had already disputed the PayPal payment behind my back. After already getting their money back, they then informed me it had been "recovered" and that they were taking their money back because of a "bad review". If the account had actually been recovered, surely they would have contacted me and worked something out before disputing the payment? And what does a review have to do with the account being recovered, why did they feel the need to tell me this? Simple, to try and justify the fact they were blatantly committing fraud and lying about the recovery. RIDICULOUS. SCAMMERS.

 

They have had more than enough time to prove they did not scam me. It is obvious they intended on doing this and the account was never initially recovered when they claimed it had been as their justification for the chargeback. Now that I have it recovered, it is obvious they will not take the account back for my money, because they have dropped everything of value that was on the account. Not only do they owe me 160$, they owe me hundreds to get back the untradeables they dropped. The only reason for them to wait this long is to take time to doctor fake pictures. This seems like a closed case. If they can admit they made some very bad decisions and were completely dishonest, take back my account from me and pay me the money they stole, I will consider ending this dispute.

 

Seeing this made me angry beyond belief. Who the fuck is so fucked up they do this to someone for no reason?
