[refund completed]

Context: OSbot.org added and enforced a new rule against advertisement of discord servers. I posted a thread with the intention of discussing it and getting other members of the communities opinions on the rules. aswell as maybe finding a better solution. Staff members commented on the post asking for suggestions, but before i could reply to anyone the thread got deleted. I assumed someone went out of line (there was alot of pissed off people because of the new rule) so i made a new one, as staff members had asked for suggestions to make the rule better.
When first enforced, the rule was said to be added to reduce scamming. It seemed to me, aswell as other communities of OSbot that the rule was indeed added to reduce scamming, however this didnt make sense. It turns out the rule was added because OSbot decided to add an advertisement privelige rank which costs $90/3 Months. It seemed without a doubt that the staff members who was enforcing the rule had not been informed about this before they started enforcing the rule, as they claimed it was to reduce scamming.

My second thread then got deleted. Then i recieved a PM from Maldesto telling me to not make more threads.

After these messages Maldesto PMed me something along the lines of ''Do you want a refund on your donor rank or are you gonna bitch about money all day?'' which after the ridiculousness of the new rule and advertisement privelige rank i answered ''Sure '' to. Minutes later i was permanently IP banned.


Note: I did not ask for or mention a refund of my donor rank at any time. It was brought up by Maldesto out of the blue. To me it seemed like ''Sorry to fuck every donor over, who now has to spend $30 a month to advertise their service, i can refund you if you dont like the new rule'', not a ''If you accept this refund that i am all of a sudden offering you, you will also be Permanently IP banned''.


This is now 24 hours ago. I have yet to recieve the $100 dollars for my donor rank.

My question is why i am Permanently IP banned. I have broken no rules. I have been a member of OSbot since 14th of june, 2013. I have bought scripts, brought in traffic, always been nice with staff and never broken a rule. I was trying to defend his staff team and help him/OSbot out by making the rule better, yet here i am, Permanently IP banned. Without a refund of my donor rank like i was promised. Keep in mind there was no mention of me getting Permanently IP banned if i accepted the offer of a refund.

I have nothing against any of the staff members of OSbot, but behaving like this when you're running such a big website is unacceptable in my opinion. I expect them to behave like professionals. This is not professional in any way, shape or form.

Edit: At the end of the day i got Perm IP banned without breaking ANY rules, aswell as scammed by Maldesto ass he claimed he will refund me my donor rank.

Advertising rank has been on osbot for over a year.

 

Why did i get Perm IP banned tho? Did i break any rules?

 

I have recieved information from Paypal that i have recieved the refund, however it isnt on my paypal/bank account yet. Will post when it is.
