Title says all. Should I include 360m bank? also, name is double spaced, graador pet, one year from 15 year veteran cape. My house is over 300m put into it with amazing host potential. Elite void, skilling outfits like lumberjack, angler, prospector, rogues. A truly great account. Looking for price checks, if anyone sees an interest, pm me.

Around 600m i would say without the value of the bank. I would sell the bank value seperately, the account might be hard to sell since you are not deemed that trusted..

The thing with bank value is that it's somewhat inflated due to untradeables.

Was thinking around the same. Although due to no rep, I'd say around 450-475m might be more realistic.
