cant see certain topics

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:was temp ban is over now(broke whip during a lend osrs)

Anything else you wish to say:Hello i received a temp ban which is over with now but i cant see certain runescape topics. i want to see firecape services for old school runescape but nothing is popping up. the reason for my ban was unfair to begin with the guy ddos'd his acc mid stake and i broke his whip was all that happened and im the one who got a ban. Can you please fix this?
