I was hacked.. then the hacker got me banned

My username is: jroyales

I just got back after not playing runescape for a long time to find my sythe was banned, was extremely confused until I realized my account had been compromised and the hacker had scammed someone which I am very very sorry to hear. I've had this account since 2011 and have quite a few vouches and never had any problems until now. Very upset about this and would like to find a resolution to the problem. here is the thread the player made:
