Buying Party Hat

[TecHalo]

Hey there guys! Looking to buy a party hat - Will go first if you're an official MM with a lot of trust in the community, or we'll use PlayerAuctions. I've made several large purchases before (check my vouches in my signature), and I'm a serious buyer.

Notice: Please don't bother trying to scam, even tho I know you're going to try still, just don't. Save us both time, thanks.

I have discord and will provide it once we agree upon an offer.

Thanks for your time!

I have partyhats - feel free to pm me on discord: QBD#3331 (all caps - the Discord button in my Signature will lead you to the correct one)

My vouches: QBD's Vouches
My Partyhat buy/sell thread: ★ [$300 Donor] [1500+ Vouches] ★ Buying & Selling RS3 Rares! ★ [Crypto/RS Gold] ★
