i live in an apartment complex with
over 200 rooms. we all run our connections
from one main hub. is it possible the ElkBoy is from
my Apt? sounds silly
but i honestly did not
do that. and i appolagise
that this even happend
ALSO IP changers?
i know alot of people
who use these on there
computers
to play certaint games.
is it posssible someone is using
my ip as there own?
or maybe spyware?

It's not possible that someone is just "using" your IP. There is a remote possibility that it's someone in your apartment. That might somewhat believable if they'd vouched for you once, but since they vouched in pretty much all your threads..
