Scam Report on TylerOSRS Service

Explanation of the trade: he did a few quests for me on a customer's account and scammed my partner @Yuva by cleaning a customers bank for 300+ mill on a slayer order(which is why gear was on the account), 83-95 slayer
Amount scammed: 320m + from the slayer order. 18m total bank wealth from my customer+ 30m service value which I fully refunded
How they scammed: Stole everything and logged off.

After this I contacted my partner and I asked him if tyler cleaned any of the wealth on the accs he worked on

I have already covered the loss on my order+ refunded the customer full service value and my partner @Yuva has engaged talks with his customer. What a scumbag of a guy. We had faith in you friend.

Assuming TylersOSRSService doesn't respond, which seems highly unlikely.

 

@Gladiator I think @Yuva is working something out with him right now. If he doesn't have the refund I will try to help him out with some value aswell. And yes @doodiecrust is the guy with the slayer order. I will update you whenever I have an answer.

 

I'm about to head off, likely another Mod will resolve/finish the case if it hasn't been until I'm back.

From what I can gather, the victim only dealt with @Yuva , it seems Yuva's worker scammed @doodiecrust , in which case Yuva would be responsible.

 

Bank pic prior to service beginning : I always take bank pic before services I pay for just to make sure situations like this can't happen and if they do happen I can be refunded properly i hope

Overall ROUGH estimate of items missing = approximately 525-575m. depending on current prices im not sure.

i can confirm 250m payment recieved. Still approximately 275m - 325m owed at end of service depending on values of items at the end.

I usually work with bank pins as I mostly do questing,and in 70-80 percent of the cases I provide a picture of the bank before the service and after the service. Service value was 33mill approx,which even if almost fully done I decided to refund,thus taking full responsability for the amount he lost. He told me that he had added some cannonballs while I was asleep,and I fully believe my customers. Picture for refference: Screenshot - b9d9c9a61ac3e7d1751c7914c4a06110 - Gyazo. In this case,he wasn't notified to remove wealth because we have been speaking about him placing an order for about a month or so,and the first time I logged in he had around 600k-1m in the bank,but then again,whatever he had was fully covered by me in his refund,I should have told him not to put excess wealth on the account and I feel bad for the cannonballs he added,which is why I auto-considered them as an amt scammed and paid for them no questions asked. As for @Yuva . He has his own TOS and he strictly follows it.

I appreciate you making the report, but it seems this issue involves @Yuva and @doodiecrust so I'd kindly ask you to refrain from posting as it's not helping the situation. If you have a separate issue which you need resolving, then kindly make a separate scam report.

@Yuva thanks for providing the terms you agreed to on Discord. As mentioned here:
Important Rules Regarding Skill Training and Refunds and again in your own ToS, here: https://i.imgur.com/GmDvfza.png you are only liable for the service which wasn't complete, which is the 83-95 slayer and the extra 50m for barraging. Which I believe is 320m(slayer) + 50m(mage). You can either agree to refund all the gp back and not complete the service or if @doodiecrust agrees, complete the service for him. You're not liable for the wealth @doodiecrust lost, as anyone could have taken it - that's not something we can hold people liable for.

If you, out of your own good will want to refund the wealth lost, then that's completely up to you. The only thing you're liable on sythe is the incomplete service. I know you've returned 250m already, so let me know how you want to go about this.

i dont really care so much about the wealth of the big items on the account (armadyl, peg boots, 3x zenyte ammys) but i feel he / his worker are definitely responsible for the SUPPLIES (food pots runes scales cannonballs etc), BLOWPIPE, and UNTRADABLE items that were scammed that were NECESSARY for him to complete my service in proper time.

as far as the wealth goes, whatever. i want to be refunded for all i was scammed for by his worker and if he wont do it then thats just sad. a majority of the wealth on the account i couldnt even remove myself. Im not going to take away all my runes, pots, teleports etc. thats needed for service. the only thing i regret not removing would have been the armadyl set, ammys, minor shit. everything else was necessary to complete the service. Im not going to take away my imbued rings and remove them, i cant remove my avernic defender etc.


Yuva is a good guy and we will work to make it right. I just want my slayer completed and proper money refunded and thats that.

for your "320m (slayer)" where did u get that price from? i paid 457m for the full service from 83-95 and paid additional 50m as he requested for more suplies
