HighQualityDesigns Scammed $10 USD lol.

So, I thought I would return to sythe to purchase a graphical design, and to my suprise (not) there still seems to be scammers that will take as little as $10.

anyways here is my template below..

Explanation of the trade:
Paid $10 for a pic, and no it wasn't a dick pic to all you smart asses thinking that, it was a graphic design.

Amount scammed:
As stated in the thread title, $10 USD

How they scammed:
Well that's a no brainer, I paid for something and he didn't deliver. How else would they scam?

User is opening a scam report after one day. When he ordered waited over a week to actually send the money. User will be refunded his shorted 9.66 he sent me on blockchain I was going to work with him on this so he's happy but clearly as for what he's asking is not worth my time user will be refunded with full proof. Thanks

Sent my Bitcoin address, maybe I jumped the gun? although after telling somebody you would get the work done within a day then not responding AFTER 24 hours, what else would I think ? especially dealing with you for a first time.

And shorted $9.66? if that was the case you could have told me I would have been happy to send another 0.34 cents.

Anyways waiting now for my refund. Thanks @Gladiator you have been helpful.
