So I am seeking training on my pure account, from 33 strength and 37 attack to 75 attack and 99 strength.

The Grand Tree & The Tree Gnome Village have both not been completed yet, so if you would like to do that to get the account to 40 attack, you're more than welcome to, I'll factor that into the price as well.
