Im looking for an account that has most basic things done but not a high end account (dont want to spend that much ) What im looking for in the account is:
:
Min. 60 in combat stats
Min. 100 qp (can be less dependent on what quests are completed)
Min. 1000 TTL (again can be less dependent on the skills)
Must be clean with good history and all account informationprovided.
Untradeables are not necessary but can be preferable

Payment can be done via PayPal or bank transfer (for dutch users).
Currently only looking to buy off trusted members of the community to minimise my risk.
