Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I sold two accounts to Ice queen. I had purchased both of the accounts from users I trusted. When selling the accounts I told her this:


I was willing to accept responsibility for the accounts as if I was the OO. I dont accept responsibility for bans or mutes. At the time If I was unable to unlock the account I'd be required to refund the user in full along with the amount of gold they could prove was on the account. (these were my terms of service at the time) I'm also not sure when the new account sales rules went into effect. This could possibly pre-date it. I would like to also state that many account re-sellers have done this same thing in the past. Many users have volunteerly offered themselves as OO if something happened. In the past I've read reports and the end result was the user either honored his word or they were banned. I have honored everything I said. I even went ahead and refunded one of the purchases because it continued to receive locks. I didnt have to. I would also like to state I never told ice queen she had to say this. I merely offered it to her. She had free will to do whatever she wanted with it. No user was scammed and no1 suffered any loss's but myself. I am not a threat to this community. If anything you should be fucking happy im here. I dont scam people and I treat people right financially. I dont take advantage of people and weasel my way out of things. I honor what I say and do it. How on gods green earth can we receive a twc for that but @Tyler has had 2 account recoveries and was promoted back to mod? Shouldnt he receive a twc when 2 individuals both accused him of recovering the account and provided substancial proof? You're going to hand out twc's for my actions but not his? I understand tyler has a bone to pick with me. I counciled @Sky when he was dealing with @Tyler account recovery. Animosity has been built and I would prefer hearing others opinions.
