Question about runescape account buying.

So the general rule of thumb is to only buy from vouched, trusted users. But lets say you buy from someone who just has a few posts here and no real vouches and u use a middle man. And he still recovers the account back? What happens then? The same result as just dealing without the official sythe middle man? I'm trying to buy an acc but i guess if its too good to be true than its usually a scam

 

middle man just makes sure the trade goes smooth, it doesn't add any safety buying account. And buying from a newcomer will 99% of the time result in a scam
