Scammed 200m by Diete

Summary: I am being scammed for 200m (~$145 USD) by Diete. I traded him 200m and eventually received ~$145 before being charged back today.

He appears to be already banned from other scams reported in one of his service threads:

Although, making this report might help something.

Explanation of the trade:
- Contacted Diete about prices, and we agreed on .74/m: Imgur
- Met at Lumby and traded his account the 200m w/ confirmation: Imgur

- He then said it would be 10 minutes, and that he wanted to only send half the payment. I said I would prefer he just refund me, but he stated he had already sold the money (smh) Imgur
- After about a week of a myriad of problems he had with paypal transactions not going through, he finally sent most of what he originally said would take 10 minutes, which amounted to ~$145 USD.

How they scammed:
Diete opened claims on both transactions (amounting in the full payment), claiming he did not receive the item.

After contacting him, he quickly claimed he didn't know who I was and that he was hacked, and proceeded to block me.

If any additional screenshots or details are needed, let me know, but I intended to keep this as detailed but concise as possible. Being a relatively new trader on Sythe, I'd also like to know how to avoid these situations in the future (I know a few posts already detail this), and if I have any recourse in the claim.
