Hey team, This is pretty much what happened. Love getting video corrupeted, all 12gb of it

I rented a Max staker from https://walsugold.com/rentals - THis is "https://www.sythe.org/threads/300-donator-www-walsugold-com-24-7" 's website.

At around 9.34pm NZDT i rented a max main for 2 hours, 12m paid via my low level account - Name not disclosed for not getting banned purposes.. The email login of the account is n***8@*** (again i will not expose the ign for non banning purposes incase this does get resolved.) I was being served by walsugold staff member Naughty.
The first two hours went fine, luckily i only kept a max of around 40-50m on the account incase anything happened. As the 2 hour session was finishing around 19 mins before end I contacted naughty through the website chat system of walsugold and asked for a extension of 1 hour. he said it was fine and gave me a 1 hour extension (paid using the rented account). About 30 mins into the extended session time, i get force logged out via a log in from acc owner ( although it clearly being stated on their website that i will be fully secure unless the account is banned) and 46.5m or 45.6m is removed from the account after im finally allowed to be logged back in after around 4-5 minutes. I message naughty via the walsugold.com wesbite chat system. BOOM offline. I then message walsu on scythe, BOOM OFFLINE. I go onto their official discord and voice my situation, BOOM BANNED, my discord was Preacher#5084 @WalsuGold check ban list brother i got banned for no reason for YOUR PROBLEM. I hope this gets resolved or walsu gets banned. Taking money and false advertising a service IS NOT NICE. I love it how they have the power to shutdown singular chat windows so I CANT TAKE SCREENSHOTS OF CHAT.

 

I know i cant provide proof or anything because circumstances are bullshit, which is exactly why i respected @WalsuGold by not displaying account information. But still i need this resolved please. Definetly not fair, the account i was trading to (to pay for the service) was level 43 or something and stood under the tree closest to The duel arena main area. Surely if i know all of this and what I have provided I am not lying, why would i lie over 45 m lol.

So basicly you dont have anything to prove words you put to your story ? Your only proof "video" got corrupted somehow.

Lol, been talking to Walsu on discord, super fishy character, still reporting for scamming , use Walsugold for max main rentals with caution.... doesn’t even want to give me the contact details of the staff member that was dealing with me because he thinks he knows everything

The fact that you are not even attempting to help me, ask naughty or even see if there was a possibility that something happened and only will do so if there is evidence against, you is disgusting

 

A) You havent done proper report (even asked for it clear situation and would be faster solve by moderation using correct templates.)

B) you are asking me investigate livechat agent who is taken over 30 orders after your "happening" without any reports.

C) fighting here for word vs word case is only wasting our Forum moderators time, so not gonna fight here and chit chat with you on unesseary things you think ive scammed you and i am thinking i din't.

 

@sethsweaty - Without a video there is nothing we can do here, I suggest using a different program to record your staking sessions if you rent from someone.
