    Isn't it risky if you buy a name with GP from a Gold Seller?
    i was just thinking and rwting might be optimal.

    Yes, there’s an inherent risk in every trade you make whether its legal in game or not. Don’t expect Jagex to come crying at your door when they fuck up for banning you for buying a name, and I doubt they would care even if you did try to appeal something like that

    Chances are pretty low tho
