    I already made a thread about R2P refusing to refund a payment of 07gp and talked a little about this account wich was recovered recently that i bought from Pain
    who was already banned but R2P is also partnered with Divine and acckings.com wich would make him responsible aswell.

    I bought this account from Divine wich was listed on acckings.com for 615m 07 gp. Divine was then banned just a few days later for something else that happend wich had no connection to the account but when he was banned he decided to recover it.

    Here is some pictures of the chat with divine on sythe wich is not an impostor i made sure to get PMs and tripe checked the discord ID. Divine also admits that R2P is a part owner of acckings.com

    So yes i was refused to be given my 07gp/refund worth almost $500 from R2P and now my 07 acc has been recovered by acckings.com where R2P is partner.

    This incident has no connection to the 07gp refund thread i made yesterday whatsoever but it involves the same person/persons.

    Hi. I already spoke to R2 about this as-well.

    This user violated multiple of our policies ; The most glaring is attempting to re-sell the account which can be found here:

    I find it very convenient that this user went back on this thread ~ 18 days after he last posted and claimed it to be recovered. Funny how he reports R2 - Loses than goes after us is it not?

    Anyway he's in clear violation of both our insurance and default warranty terms, so this was never investigated and wont be because he's no longer our issue at this point.

    Please hide most of OP's evidence as it has sensitive information in it.

    That's all I have to say on the matter.

    Just to further add to this you can even see on his own sale thread I posted he invalidated all his protection when he asked me to;

    Pretty open and shut case. He broke one of our most important terms which is clearly stated:

    Insurance is good for a period of (12) months UNLESS you choose to list an account with insurance purchased for resale or sell it or list it for sale(the act of attempting to sell it), selling an account sold to you with insurance hereby invalidates any insurance protection & voids our default warranties offered by AK LLC and any account recoveries of a resold account by the OO should there be one will result in AK LLC treating the account as though it was sold without insurance & without our default warranty. Disputing the payment made for insurance and the account will also invalidate any insurance purchased.
    (Found on our insurance page - I'm avoiding links due to google).

    This is a rule that's been there since the start. We don't allow anything related to reselling. Our stance is very simple; We are happy to cover you if you enjoy your own account and play it ; The second you decide to try to sell it or move it beyond our realm of control ; Your protection is over.

    That stance was there day 1 and is still there day like 280.

    Not to mention this guy did commit fraud against R2 -> Tried to report him and now he's trying to get money out of us.

    Not going to happen bud.

    @BurnaGOLD - You purchased the account and agreed to their terms of service as well as their refund policy.

    You are free to continue your dispute through their support. There is nothing we can do here. I've also copied and removed all the personal information from this report so that its not public.
