glitch in new assist system

Dear Runescape Players,

A few days ago, Jagex released an update called the "Assist System" where players may "borrow" someone elses skills for a short period of time to perform actions they normally can't do (such as craft a fury with 30 crafting).
However, here at HiTech Hate, we are always trying to exploit these new updates ever since the Construction exploit came out. For 3 months now, we could not find an exploit...until now.

The Assist System does have an exploit that lets you steal other players skills for your own use as long as you want and will only reset if you logout. For instance, you may find a level 126 with 99 slayer and want to kill Abyssal Demons for whips. Request Assistance from them, check Slayer and click Send Packet on our program. You will now have their slayer level no matter if they close Assistance or not. You may kill the Demons or any other slayer monster just as if you had 99 slayer...and continue like that until you logout.

"We couldn't find an error for three months" How about 1 and a half WEEKS? And Slayer isn't on the list, so no, you can't check slayer then send the packet.

wow i mean, i've seen some bad scams, like giving away free bot that makes 500m an hour. But this is pretty low, i mean actually it was convincing till you said slayer... then trying to make us download somthing just really killed it

This thing he's talking might be real for other skills not this. Because I've heard of this on another forums, but the topic there was deleted cuz someone said it gets them banned very soon. Most likely, he just copied the post, then posted a keylogger link instead of the normal link.
