Trade: I purchased 5x Fortnite accounts for ~$50. The accounts were recovered and now he will not replace, but I will like a refund now. He has also blocked me from discord.

Thank you for notifying me about this. First of all, this guys is very immature. He entered my discord on 4 different accounts and sent over 45 messages copying and pasting this long message about me being a scammer. He individually messaged my 300+ members on my discord server about this message.

His argument: He bought 5 accounts off me, claims 2 were recovered. We already gave him replacements before and hes asking for more.

I was talking to this customer on many different of his throw away accounts. As you can see in that image, he only has me added on the account. That is why I was not responding to his spam as I already dealt with his case on his other throw away accounts.

I found out that this buyer was selling my accounts on Playerauctions. If there was an issue with the customer he sold the account to on playerauctions, he would return to me for liability.

This isnt covered under our warranty as people like this would make high risk trades without taking any liability for it. We dont take liability for other peoples business practices. Playerauctions has a high dispute rate with customers. His customers can easily change the details and complain and then I'd have no way to track that. Who else knows what type of business practices this guy has done.

Another main issue is how secretive he has been about all his information. He communication was done through throwaway discord accounts, he just created a new forum accounts to post this, and he used Bitcoin as a payment method. Was he banned from the forums and PayPal? Why is he hiding his identity so much.

I am generally really easy when it comes to my returns, but I don't agree with this guys case.

 

The guest account making this report is @Away, I am positive he is trying to get accounts he sold recovered for him on playerauctions. Additionally, there has been nothing shown to prove that League Shack has recovered any accounts. Report closed, @League Shack sorry you had to deal with this user.

1) - I am not trying to get the accounts "recovered" why the fuck I would want them? And by the way, League Shack can't recover any of them, because they are all cracked accounts you moron.

2) League Shack is also banned off-site for scamming $370 worth of RP.

Given him a DNT which he will have to pardon for. Thanks for that information, seems to have been overlooked by @Pendulum when the report was initially resolved.

I will be discussing this report with other staff members about if/how much League Shack will have to refund. Regardless, if he does have to refund it will be going to community repayment fund.

 

Hello, I was banned from EpicNPC because I used a supplier that was banned from there website (which I didn't know he was). EpicNPC told me as a saftey precaution, I won't be allowed to sell on there website due to this. I was distributing his accounts and a buyer realized that it was the same as an account he purchased off that supplier from a different store and notified the mods. It came as a surprise to me. EpicNPC said they had to ban everyone connected with that supplier as they didn't want his accounts being sold on there website. This was a long time ago this occurred and I have no connections with that supplier anymore. Just for him selling me league of legends accounts I almost had to shut my whole store down. I don't think its fair in my opinion but I was using there platform so I am not going to complain about the rules. That supplier is long gone.

You will have to resolve your offsite ban and pardon to return to Sythe @League Shack. Additionally, I have talked to other staff members regarding this case and will have to refund the price of two of the accounts to the community repayment fund. $52.77 was the price of the 5 accounts, so 2/5ths of that would be $21.10.
