for those of you who are less aware in the more early era of rs all banned players were sent to a black hole area, and you could visit them, but you had to purchase a DOR(disk of return) so you could come back, but than jagex did away with the black hole area and now any DOR around are rares, their pointless basicaly but still pretty neat to have
