Hi,

I won an AGS raffle from this discord. I was busy so could not collect. I messaged the admin @Decimate I will collect later he said okay. Two days later I try to claim he says you have to collect in 24 hours yet I have never been told this rule. In their rules they say collect weekly raffle etc in 72 hours if the rule for other raffle was 24 hours why isn't in their rules?

As you can see from the screenshots above he is clearly lying for such a small amount even contradicting the rules saying weeklies are also 24 hours but the 3rd screenshot says otherwise.

I messaged @Spesno about it as well and he knew he was in the wrong so said I will add tickets to another raffle I considered it because a chance at something is better than nothing but then I decided no and to follow my principles.

The stance on the hourly raffles and weekly raffles are different. We state the rules for the weekly raffles due to the fact that it's one of our major selling points. People always know to collect within 24 hours for the hourly raffles.

Also - when you asked "can I collect later" - you then proceeded to message me 2 DAYS later, this is also not appropriate.

You have bet on these item raffles countless times on your multiple different accounts so you 100% know the rules very well.

 

One account show me where you have those rules posted and I still asked you later this is open for everyone to see and what do you mean multiple accs I have only had 2 disc accs one for my sdmm disc and one normal I always played on my sdmm one and only acc in your discord as I had that one on mobile and other one on laptop.

EDIT: You guys know you are in the wrong thats why you offered me tickets in other raffle but I refuse why should the raffle be ruined for others

 

We offered you these to make you stop mass PMing us and harassing us. This is also known as good customer service (not that you would know).

You are known in the community as someone who likes to seek out Drama from nothing and this seems like another attempt of such.(Weve banned this user in the past for just being a toxic kid) It is a very known rule in our discord that the Hourly Free bonuses are on a 24 timer to collect! Spesno offered you the kind ticket amount because he felt like being kind and wanted you to stop pming him.

This is essentially like you reporting someone doing a twitch giveaway for rerolling after 1 minute because you did not respond then you trying to report that user for "scamming" LMAO.


I believe you lost some money and now are grasping at straws to make it back and its a complete waste of both Sythe Staff and Our time. Grow the fuck up lol.

 

Why dont post in one place where you have this 24 hour rule have it posted no where not even in our general discord in one place?

 

It's not stated anywhere that the daily raffle has to be collected within 24 hours. @Clifton43 even asked if he could collect it later and they said yes he could. If they said "yes you can collect it later but only within 24 hours" then that would be different.

In the absence of a written policy/rule, and ownership telling Clifton43 he can claim his prize later, this will have to be paid out
