You can respond to his question by making a new thread (no need for the template again).

It's impossible to respond to a pardon thread, we don't lock them - it's just not possible. To reply to a pardon thread you simply copy-paste the URL of your pardon thread, make a new thread and reply to it there.

@Pendulum still wants a response on this:

The report from @Smume was a chargeback for a boost from Bronze 2 to Gold 5. Are you able to check your paypal history in email to find this chargeback? For this to move forward you will need to repay this debt.
