Buying 10 DT Kits

I am in need of 10 DT kits, can be done in either of the following two ways:

Option 1: i provide Ten 60/60/60 NMZ kits, and you do all of the skills/quests required for DT, and complete DT

Option 2: I provide Three level 3 accounts, and you do all of the skilling and questing required for DT, and then complete DT from scratch
