Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: NoCap wanted to do an infernal service with me, I agreed to let him use my pictures / take some information from my thread as we were going to be parters, the next day he scammed. I was reported because we had similar inferno cape threads / both sold AHKs.
