PC on Level 3 HCIM with 99 FM & Phoenix Pet

Was looking for a price check on this account. It has 99 firemaking, phoenix pet, tome of fire, ~7M bank. Most skills are level 1. It's a good account to startup on a HCIM. 100% hand trained.

I'd say the account is worth around 40m-50m if you were to try and sell it.
