Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: bad stock management. stock from different sources are mixed and such. Has since been cleaned up and just simply removed any ambiguous.
Anything else you wish to say: I made a full refund right away at the point of dispute, I did open-endedly offer some discussion of resolution beforehand but I think was ignored. It isn't just because a dispute was opened there was a refund.
I'm not a risk to the community and am willing to make right when issues occur
