I just got unbanned from sythe after being banned for 2 years, I do not have access to the 2step that is linked to my account anymore as I got a new phone/number. Can you please remove this so I am able to access my account.

What was your previous ISP? Do you still have access to the registered email? If the email contains your name, would you be able to provide a picture ID to match it?

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
