This all started when I ordered some services from Nostalgia on my HCIM, I ordered the full Ardy cloak package and also 36 Agility, after paying upfront and letting him on my account, my account then got a permaban for macroing major, I then proceeded to talk it out with Nostalgia, who then opened a scam report on his worker, who later got banned for his actions.

He agreed to start me a fresh account if I provided the membership and would do it all free of charge, after working on this account, funny enough, this new account got banned also, and after some talking, he said he would take a break from services for a bit to (let his ip rest) and we agreed that he would just pay back the service amount, and membership costs and call it at that, and now after a few days of him making excuses on why he couldn't pay me, blaming it on (your friend was slandering me and I don't like it) which then escalated into (2 sythe mods have told me I shouldn't pay you), i then asked you for the names of these sythe mods so i could talk to them about the situation, which again you answered "No" and always refused to back up any excuse you have given.

After this message you have proceeded to block me, in hopes that you won't have to pay back what you owe, and for the crappy business practices you have taken, and therefore I have no other choice but to take it to sythe and make a sythe report on the matter, to let everyone know your shady business practices.

All I want is for you to re-pay the 20m for membership costs and for the services that were botted, and we can leave it at that and put this matter to rest

And please can I talk with the 2 apparent sythe mods who told him not to pay? so I can explain the situation in person.

2 HCIM (1 was a fresh account with £6.99 membership) (1 was 75 fire making 55 woodcutting and more, plus the bond that was put on the account)

I have tried my best to settle this dispute in an amicable manner, but as this seems impossible to do here is an outline of the full story.
Guy is 'racing' his friend on HCIM's but buying skills/quests as they go?
Serviced his friends accounts no problem.
Serviced his account without problem.
Requested extra work (2-3m gp worth of agility) informing him that a worker would be completing the work (karthik).
Karthik botted the agility on the account and it was subsequently banned.
Karthik scammer/botter - Here is my scam report on Karthiks antics, which he eventually admitted too on Jmitch's scam page and was subsequently banned from Sythe.
As compensation I offered to make him a new account completing all of the previous work as my worker had been proven to be botting.
Was given an account which already had 750 normal logs on it, NOT A FRESH ACCOUNT. this was questionable in of itsself, who chops 750 normal logs lmao (i suspect this is what was botted on the account prior to me receiving it)
I have all of the screenshot proof that the skills were leveled by hand by me on runelite all on the same day/morning, there is a large amount of these pictures but am happy to share if requested. EDIT here is the folder of screenshots Imgur
When the account was 25 theiving, 25 construction, 30 fishing, 10 agility, 45 fm and 46 wc it was locked with the following jagex ban messege - Account banned for macroing in OldSchool. Our macro detection system has been monitoring your account closely and has detected that you are using illegal 3rd party software which violates the rules of the game and breaches your terms of service with Jagex. Our team have reviewed the evidence and can confirm that you were using illegal botting software. Jagex are able to accurately detect all illegal 3rd party software and any promises from their makers about being 'totally undetectable' or 'no ban guaranteed' are inaccurate. As such your account has been permanently removed from game. Please take this time to familiarise yourself with the rules should you wish to create another account.
At this point I had already spent about 14 hours combined on his accounts for a total of 13m payment (twice i completed work with him actually owing me money), considering I can make more than this with 1 afk sandcrab account, not walking around the entiretly of runescape 4 times, and considering that the account was hand-trained by only me and still received an infraction I was done working with this account/player and offered him a refund of 13m + 6m for the bond costs of his accounts. I simply did not want to service this player any more as I've never used a bot in my entire RS career, nor had any accounts banned for any reason and although my ToS states I hold no liability for these cases, I just wanted to be done with it and move on to something else as it had already taken up so much of my time for no reward.
I decided to take a break from rs/sythe/servicing after this for a few days due to the situation being so frustrating for me, to allow my dynamic to reset and to take a real world trip.
Subsequent to this offer, which was initially refused, I was informed by several other workers and employers that my name was being slandered by this guy and his friend (the one i originaly serviced without an issue). That they were going around calling me a botter and a scammer along with other lies that I supposedly have a huge ego and was telling them I am a '********' in this community, all of which are evidently, unfathomably untrue.
I asked Tok wok to ensure that no further slander would occur towards my name and again reiterated my offer of a full refund of services and 6-7m to pay for the bonds.
I then saw that in another of my employers CC's Billy had once again been slandering my name and had been pm'ing the owner that I had botted several accounts.
At this point i decided to speak with some friends who told me I had no obligation to pay back any money, and that due to the slanderous claims being made against me, offering any sort of compensation simply to be done with the issue was far past and that I would simply be better off telling him this, waiting for a scam report and then clearing my name here.
My terms of service clearly state that I do not take responsibility nor offer any refunds on accounts that receive any type of infraction prior or post service. I understand that one of my workers went rogue and started botting, hence why I offered the 2nd service, which was completed in good faith, for free. I believe that this work compensates for my workers actions
The entire chat log is over 1,000 lines long but I can screenshot anything that is requested. I have a full backup of the chat log in txt timestamped formatt incase anything is edited by Top Wok in the meantime.

 

Again, like is stated in my first post, I've tried to accept your offer, but you never came forth? seems to me like you are buying time hoping I will forget about what happened, and your claim of "never botting on my rs career, although you banned 2 of my accounts in under 48 hours?

Again I can't stop another member of the community slandering your name, this has nothing to do with me, I've tried to resolve this, but there isn't more I can do to stop a somebody talking about you. How does a random in the community slandering you give you an excuse to not pay me back for what you did to my accounts?

And at what point has "2 sythe mods told me not to pay you" changed to "some friends advised me" which again you wouldn't link me and therefore I cannot guarantee what you are saying is fully truthful

Your claim of "I services his account with no problem", is clearly untrue, as my account was banned that day?

What more can I say? you're a scummy service worker who has been caught out twice for botting his customer's accounts

 

Please can you backup your claims of slander in your employers CC and also some screenshots of 2 different sythe mods telling you not to pay me back?

The 1st account was botted by karthik, so that brings us to 1 account. the one that you botted 750 logs on then gave to me that you then claimed was a fresh account.

Again, for the third time, I have never slandered your name, and another member has nothing to do with me, I can't stop him from saying stuff, and this is not slander, it is facts? il give you the here is the meaning straight from google "the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation." how can this be slander if what he is saying is true? you banned 2 of my accounts in under 48 hours, that is exactly what happened, and that's exactly what he has said? unless you can show me screenshots otherwise?

Regarding denying payment, that screenshot does not show me denying any payment, that shows me telling you that money was not my main goal in our resolution, the very next day I wanted to collect the money but you ignored the message, I then messaged you a day later asking for it again, and you started with all the excuses on why you couldn't pay

please read up on your terms before you start throwing them out there

 

1) your post is irrelevant and badly worded
2) thank you for showing that you are in fact slandering me, and that you are not a 'rando in the community'
3) I didn't get any accounts banned
4) here is your vouch for me for the work i completed on your account (including some free extras) prior to you slandering me without any evidence.

Please read up on the meaning of "Slander" you seem to use it quite freely when anything goes against you, whether it be facts or fiction?

I've posted screenshots prooving that the account was hand trained by me and all of the levels I got on it by hand, myself, while working for free. So yes, you are slandering me unless you can proove otherwise? The burden of proof is not on the innocent man lmao

 

the account in question is the 2nd one, that YOU botted before giving to me and then claiming it was a fresh account even though by your own admission it was not.

 

The account was over 5 months old and had not been touched since the initial woodcutting levels, i paid for the membership and gave you the account.

i offered a refund because I couldnt be assed to deal with this nonsense. I accepted that my worker made a mistake and I wanted to help you out hence why i offered to make you a new account, 13m is no money, completely irrelevant, if thats what it costed to get you off my pm then that is what i would pay after such a fiasco for a day where i lost 12 hours of my time servicing for basically nothing when i could have made 10 times as much lmao.
