[WTB] 2 or 3 digit

hello guys,

I want to buy a 2 or 3 digit Steam Account.
I would prefer things like OE and pop. It would be the best if the hl1 key would be involved in the buying, but I dont know how realistic this is.

I dont have any specific price range.

I only buy with a trusted middleman, because of the high risk of scamming with this accounts.
