I have this account and hes 30 attack 37 strength and I was wondering if anybody would be willing to get him to 40 attack for a flat rate, a reasonable flat rate. I am not asking for it done for like 10k but i also dont really feel like paying more than 100k, because for real, 30 to 40 attack isnt worth a whole lot of money.
