I told him specifically to not train any defence, yet he did it anyway.
Asked him for a compensation and he offered to do void for the account free of charge. This seems like a insult to me.
over 3½ days of gameplay down the drain.

He gave me 11m for the uncompleted 3 quests.

I'm hoping that he will provide me with a reasonable compensation for the damage done.

 

-Who worked on the order was @runesgoldve who I was clear to him not to train defense but apparently his worker wasn't aware he was training defense xp.

-Everyone do mistakes, the quests gave defense xp too which helped achieve this outcome, to compensate for this mistake I offered him to do full void service from scratch on his account to compensate the mistake which has been done, although he refused and asking for a refund of 23 quests which around 20 quests of them have been already done saying that the account is completely ruined and it won't be used again, basically thrown aside, the account was destined to be a void ranger which commonly go for 45 defense, after getting barrows gloves the defense xp gained will get him to around 47-48 defense level more or less, I did the calculations and the total combat level would increase by 1 level only > Supposed to be 70 combat level but with the defense xp gained it will be 71, all the calculations were made using the desired stats he gave to me.

What I think a reasonable compensation for ruining the account would be Apollo trains me a new account with the same stats as the account had.

 

@Apollox - The account in question will need to be compensated. This can be done by leveling a new account to similar stats or negotiating a price for the account (keeping in mind @Paskaperse55 will still have the current account). If you both cannot come to an agreement staff will appraise the account and we will work from there.
