Chicks - Inquiring regarding my bans debt terms

Hi - I'd like to inquire regarding what specific debts are preventing me from receiving a DNT regarding my ban - I have been told that my "debts" are preventing me from receiving a DNT but there are users with thousands of dollars in debts that have been instantly approved for DNT's. I'd like to know what specific USD value that staff thinks I owe Pingy at this time and why. I am still awaiting filing the second dispute I was approved to have after this but first I want to know what specific debts are preventing me from being issued a DNT. Thanks - Chicks
