Issue with Purchase

Hey, I apologize if this is not the correct place to post this. I'm very new to the website and I'm a bit overwhelmed with how to get around.

This post isn't a scammer post, because I guess I wasn't really scammed, but at the same time I think this issue is that other users should keep in mind in the future.

On September 30th, 2018, I went onto PieGP.com and ordered a Maxed Main for two hours of rental. I paid the initial cost of 18M-2M deposit. I got the account information, and logged in, after which I transferred roughly 120M onto the account.

I was staking for about 20 minutes when the account randomly logged off. On attempting to re-log, it said that the account had been disabled. Corresponding with chat support, they informed me that the account had been banned for RWT'ing. They gave me my initial payment and deposit back, but I lost roughly 80M OSRS GP that was on the staking account. (It was at 80M because I was losing stakes like a madman.)

 

Hi, I’m not sure there is anything you can do about this. Did you read their TOS before renting the account?

 

Yep! Like I said, I understand that sometimes accounts are banned. I'm kind of just sad I lost my money, and I wanted to make sure that other people know that this risk is out there.

I followed the TOS explicitly.
