ACEOP Recovery scamming

That user is now banned but why not report him as I've bought this account of him on Sunday just after another guy recovered his account on me, he seemed trust worthy and had 17 vouches at the time some of them were from big people so I had no concerns. Everything went smoothly the only strange part was that he let me on the account literally 2minutes into the conversation, but I ignored it he told me he was OO and that he would help me recover it, but once I found out it was locked after 12hours and I messaged him, he would not respond and pretended he was drinking/ at work which made no sense and I'm assuming hes gone for good.
He has changed his name on DC as of today which is now

@dargi23 - Are you able to provide a screenshot of the amount you purchased it for?

 

In the chat we haven't spoken about the amount but in his thread it says he was selling it for 40m which i payed for if it helps?
