How they scammed: This RSN was rejected, there was bans on the account this means the name is Banned or Bound to the account. (after checking it was rejected) the bans were for botting ( major )

I can see the name was returned to the account it was on. While you could argue he didn't know it was bound, the fact that its already back means he knows what hes doing.

Generally, names get bound via request or from repeat recovery. I've chosen to give @Cremmm a DNT instead of banning him for attempted scamming so that he can explain himself in a dispute if he wishes to.

@Weekday I would also suggest checking if a name is bound before trading as you could potentially lose the name and that would not be a fun report to deal with.
