Hello.

I am reporting @Limiq for the breach of the following subsection rule:

Businesses/Partnerships: Anyone running a business or partnered service implicitly agrees to share responsibility for the actions of their co-owners, as well as any workers they employ WHILE THE WORKER IS ON SHIFT AND ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE BUSINESS. Thus, if a partner or worker scams, all owners of the business will be banned until the debt is repaid. Workers, however, are not liable for anyone's actions but their own (although it is up to the staff to determine who falls into that category).

What I'm saying Limiq has done:
He has knowingly, and to my knowledge, as shown here - Imgur - worked along side a very well known member of OS-scape staff, he is also a prolific scammer who has had MANY Sythe accounts used to scam/attempt to scam people (as shown here: Kindra32's Pardon Request for scamming and ban evading. ).

Furious 7, AKA Kindra32 has gone on to tell me that he knows @Limiq personally, irl. And that he still actively does services.

As soon as I had finished speaking with Kindra, Limiq popped online and removed him as MOD as @Limiq knows fine well it was me (on my own discord) talking to his MOD. I have proof of my further conversation with Kindra here: Imgur of which he then directs my chat towards @Limiq .


This is surely evidence also that Limiq is responsible (or at least involved) in the "Trapping" & "Selling" of previous Os-scape GP, that i'm sure @King @Divine @Searchy Among other large players in the RSPS selling community have lost due to immense banning from this user. And as per the rule, as one of Limiq's employee's he is at least partially responsible for his decision to move forward with a known ban evader, scammer & RSPS moderator.

In advance id like to advise everyone who clicks his hyperlinks to use a vpn as im fairily sure this guy is one of the two people that got banned from os-scape for doxing. If these are the guys "psh man" and "Moe" they are known ddosers and hackers.

If these are in fact them, it wouldnt suprise me if this is their retaliation for being banned, even though I had nothing to do with it.

How me and kindra met: I dont personally know him irl. We were friends through the Internet where I later started trading on facebook and I took him under my wing and started offering services. With countless of satisfied customers on facebook I moved to sythe and later opened up a service. At this time I felt like I had no reason not to trust him. Since I wasnt aware of his sythe history.

Note that none of his listed actions in his pardon were done after he started working for me. The first bump was when he made a sythe account called "coinsales v2" which he used to bump my thread. First my sythe account got banned cause the moderator at the time thought I made that account on a new ip and it was flagged for ban evading. This however was kindra. I was confused as to why it got banned and we spoke to champ about it. After a discussion he said that kindra would have to pay a fine for the unban.
At this time I didnt get to know exactly what he had done except that he told me he scammed someone a couple of years back. I believe he was asked to pay a fine of from 1-2b but he was to my knowledge not provided any concrete accounts that he had used like Wortel presented today.

I was not shown any accounts or timestamps so I took his word for it that he had scammed someone a couple of years ago. I felt like I had no reason to not believe him, I mean we had worked together for quite some time with no issues what so ever.
Today when I read the pardon I was actually speechless. I couldnt believe that he lied to me and I feel disgusted with his previous actions.

What I find most important (for me) though is that there has been no scams or violation of terms while he actually did work for me. He has not had an officiall sythe account where he can act under my name and the services has gone through me, then delegated to him. Some times, under my supervision he have closed a deal with a customer but its always been in a chat which I've had access to.

Had I known of his outragous sythe record I would have never had him work with me in any way.

None of my workers have ever had access to my personal discord, skype or sythe. I have been the only one handling all types of rs/ rsps gp trades.

The accusations of him and me partnering with os-scape sales is just pure conspiracy. Knowing hes been staff on that rsps didnt change anything for me. As he has had nothing what so ever to do with my rsps trades. The only thing Ive mentioned to him about os-scape is that he is wasting his time on that dead server.

Im fairily certain that I would sell os-scape on a regular if I worked with him some how. However I havnt stocked os-scape in months due to it's ban-rate and low demand. Again, os-scape has with my experience within rsps trading, the absolute highest rwt ban-rate. Ive been banned countless of times. If I did in fact work with kindra Im sure this wouldnt be the case. It's just not true.

I always 100% vouch for my services and if any trouble happens Im the one reponsible, however, again nothing has happened whilst he did services for me.

Again, had I known about his outragous history on sythe I never would have worked with him in any way. In this case though, I obviously didnt know about it and I felt like I had no reason not to trust him cause he wouldnt scam anyone. ( Which he by the way hasnt whilst working for me )
Edit( the only skype he has had acces to aswell is live:cointradez.services which has been hyperlinked on my service selling threads. This is a skype strictly for services.

 

In reply to you false accusation of doxing this report and its contents were also shown to Wortel on skype prior to submission.

 

Your response is absolute nonsence. I'm waiting for a staff member to review this as you're spin of lies (and Kindra's) has come to an end. I have made the report (whilst talking to wortel) because you have knowingly worked with this man.

 

Also can I just add that in your own reply to this post you have basically told us you knew he was bam evading sythe, to such an extent that you had been banned previously by @Champ ?

 

He did work for me yes, till he opened up his own service. And no it's not nonsesns, the difference between out posts is that mine actually cointains actual facts compared to ur accusations. I think I for one would know how I handled my business.

 

He still worked for you until about 5 minutes before this thread was posted (as proven undoubtedly by my evidence) - you removed him as a mod in retaliation to my messages. Why don't you show us time stamped evidence of your discord, skype and facebook messages to Kindra? Or at least show a mod.

 

No he did not, if u check my service order format u will see the last day he worked for me was when a customer assigned him as an agent, which was quite some time ago. He changed his name so that u and ur spammers couldnt spamm @ him in my discord. I removed his mod untill this would all be solved, however he will not be comming back to me after Ive seen his record on sythe.
Yes I can absolutly show my messages with him to shw hes not affiliated with any gp sales, on a moderators request. Him being a rank in my discord dosnt mean he worked for me at that time. Many others have ranks in my discord aswell. He started doing his own thing on osbot / facebook.

 

To clarify once again, that was (and will be) my last contact with Kindra. The we you speak of doesn't involve me.

You have knowingly worked with this guy knowing what he's done and should pay the price for it as per the evidence.

Kindra never scammed while he was working with Limiq, so the rule isn't being broken here. Also there's no proof to claim that he knew he was ban evading prior to that. I'm sure Limiq was never aware of that at the time because he's still here running his business and hasn't scammed or attempted to scam anyone before, during, or after that whole fiasco where he was falsely banned/disputed and properly unbanned after for. As far as the claims that he's working with Kindra to ban people there's no proof of that. You're only assuming that because they're friends, but Kindra even claimed that he doesn't handle RSPS sales for Limiq (Limiq does those on his own). Closing this and changing title to [Resolved].
